At Momentum Studios, we offer a range of holistic movement classes designed to support your hauora—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Whether you're looking to build strength through yoga, reconnect with joy in dance, or simply take a moment to breathe and unwind, our sessions are crafted for all ages and abilities. Each class is an opportunity to move with purpose, find balance, and be part of a welcoming, heart-led community.

Momentum Studios partners with organisations to support staff, students, and residents through movement, connection, and care. All services are designed around the Te Whare Tapa Whā model of wellbeing: tinana (body), hinengaro (mind), whānau (social connection), and wairua (spiritual grounding).

Step into the rhythm of joy with our Latin Dance classes, perfect for individuals and couples alike. Each session blends energetic movements from different Latin dance styles  with connection and flow—whether you're dancing solo or in partners. No experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm! It’s a fun, social way to stay active, build confidence, and celebrate life through music and movement.

These sessions are all about connection. Family Yoga invites parents and children of all ages to move, breathe, and play together—building trust, strength, and calm as a whānau. Our Parents and Bubs classes offer a gentle space for postnatal movement, bonding, and community. 

Classes to support the wellbeing of both adults and children through age-appropriate, mindful movement. Adults are guided through practices that build strength, flexibility, and inner calm, while kids enjoy fun, imaginative sessions that improve balance, focus, and emotional awareness. 

Find your still point in a busy world. Our Meditation and Relaxing Yoga sessions are designed to calm the mind, release tension, and gently guide you back to balance. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and deep rest, these practices support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and a greater sense of inner peace. Perfect for all levels—no flexibility or experience needed, just a willingness to slow down and be present.
