Cancellation Policy

We want this workshop to feel supportive and fair for everyone. The policy below applies to all bookings for this event. 1. Booking & Payment Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited. We recommend booking early to avoid missing out. 2. Participant Cancellation More than 7 days before the event You may choose either: a full refund, or a credit for a future Momentum Art & Wellness event. Between 7 days and 48 hours before the event You may receive: a 50% refund, or a full credit towards a future event. Less than 48 hours before the event / on the day No refund is available, as venue and facilitation costs are already committed. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please email or message us with their name before the workshop starts. 3. Illness & Health Considerations If you are unwell, have flu-like symptoms, or a contagious illness, please stay home for the wellbeing of the group. If you let us know before the event starts, we will offer a credit towards a future Momentum workshop or mini retreat. No-shows without contact are treated as a late cancellation (no refund). 4. Cancellation or Changes by Organisers Sometimes we may need to postpone, relocate, or cancel the workshop (for example, low numbers, facilitator illness, or safety concerns). If Momentum Art & Wellness cancels the event: You may choose a full refund or a credit towards another event. If we postpone or change the venue and you cannot attend the new arrangement, you may request a full refund. 5. Minimum Numbers The workshop will go ahead with a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not reached, we may cancel or postpone and will offer you a full refund or transfer. 6. Late Arrivals & Early Departures If you arrive late or leave early, the ticket price remains the same, and no partial refunds are provided.
